Open Positions:

• MEP Head – 20+ Years Experience
• Security Head & Vigilance – 20+ Years Experience
• Architect (Female) – 5+ Years Experience
• Sr. Manager / Manager – Stores – 18+ Years Experience
• Engineer / Sr. Engineer – MEP – 5+ Years Experience
• Jr Engineer – Electrical – 2+ Years Experience
• Jr Engineer – Plumbing – 2+ Years Experience

Requirements

Important Note:

• Relevant experience in commercial and residential building projects
• Strong technical and project coordination skills
• Experience in high-rise building projects preferred
• For technical positions, MIVAN high-rise building experience is mandatory
• Candidates with infra, irrigation, or conventional project background will not be considered

Responsibilities

• Manage project execution, coordination, and technical activities as per role requirements
• Ensure quality, safety, and timely project delivery
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, vendors, and contractors
• Maintain project documentation and reporting standards
• Only candidates with relevant high-rise/MIVAN experience should apply
