Aliens Group is hiring Engineer / Senior Engineer – QS for high-rise residential construction projects.

Project Type:
- Engineer / Sr. Engineer – QS (4 Positions)
- High-Rise Residential Projects (G+12 and above)
Requirements
- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 2–7 years of relevant QS experience
- Knowledge of quantity surveying, billing, BOQ preparation, and estimation
- Experience in high-rise residential projects preferred
Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs
- Handle contractor billing and client billing activities
- Monitor material quantities and cost control
- Coordinate with project execution teams
- Maintain billing records and project documentation
- Candidates with high-rise residential project experience will be preferred
- Only relevant experienced candidates should apply
