Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in construction site execution
- Experience in villa/residential projects preferred
- Strong coordination and site management skills
- Bike mandatory for site travel
Responsibilities
- Take responsibility as site in-charge for execution activities
- Oversee day-to-day construction operations
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Manage material planning, procurement, and usage
- Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and timely delivery
- Maintain site documentation and coordinate with office team
- Candidates must be willing to work full-time on-site
