DHAMAM Infra Projects (P) Ltd is hiring an experienced Site Supervisor for villa construction projects in Appa Junction, Hyderabad.
Requirements
- 12–15 years of site supervision experience
- Mandatory experience in villa construction projects
- Strong ability to manage labor and site activities
- Basic understanding of construction execution and quality
Responsibilities
Salary & Benefits:
- Supervise daily construction activities and labor
- Ensure work is executed as per instructions and plans
- Maintain attendance, discipline, and workforce management
- Monitor quality of work and material usage
- Coordinate with contractors and site teams
- Ensure safety standards and site cleanliness
- Report daily site progress to management
- ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
- Only experienced candidates with villa project background should apply
- Candidates must be ready for full-time site-based role
