Requirements
- 15–25 years of relevant construction experience
- Strong coordination skills across architecture, design, execution, and management teams
- Experience in Mivan and conventional construction systems
- Minimum 3 completed high-rise residential projects preferred
Responsibilities
Project Type:
- Lead technical planning and execution activities
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and execution teams
- Monitor project quality, timelines, and technical standards
- Support management in project coordination and decision-making
- Ensure smooth communication between design and site execution teams
