Requirements

• 7–13 years of relevant site execution experience
• Strong knowledge of structural and finishing execution works
• Experience in high-rise residential and commercial projects preferred
• Ability to handle site execution independently
• Good communication and team coordination skills

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day execution activities for structural and finishing works
• Supervise manpower, subcontractors, and site progress
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings and project specifications
• Monitor concreting, reinforcement, block work, plastering, flooring, painting, and finishing activities
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, and project teams
• Plan project activities as per schedules and targets
• Maintain quality and safety standards at site
• Prepare progress reports and material planning details
• Resolve site execution issues and ensure workflow continuity
