Requirements

• Minimum 12+ years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of project planning, QS, and scheduling activities
• Experience in residential construction projects preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project (MSP)
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Knowledge of ERP and Advanced Excel

Responsibilities

Key Skills:

• Coordinate with project managers and procurement teams to achieve project timelines
• Prepare project cash flow reports and monitoring activities
• Coordinate with site PM and QS teams on a regular basis
• Handle project planning and scheduling activities
• Monitor project progress, cost control, and resource planning
• Prepare MIS reports and support project coordination
• Support risk management and project monitoring activities
• Budget preparation and monitoring
• QS, planning, and scheduling
• Cost and resource control
• Team coordination and reporting
• ERP and Advanced Excel knowledge
