Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant procurement and purchase experience
- Experience in high-rise residential buildings and villa projects preferred
- Strong knowledge of procurement planning and vendor management
- Good coordination and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Handle procurement and purchase activities for ongoing projects
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and project teams
- Manage material planning and procurement schedules
- Monitor purchase documentation and approvals
- Support cost-effective procurement and material management
- Ensure timely availability of materials at project sites
- Only candidates with relevant construction procurement experience should apply
