• Monitor project costs and budgets.
• Verify contractor and subcontractor bills.
• Coordinate with project, procurement, and finance teams.
• Prepare cost reports and commercial documentation.
• Ensure effective cost control throughout project execution.
• B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in building construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of quantity surveying, estimation, billing, and contracts.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
