About the Role / Job Description:
DSR Builders & Developers is looking for an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to join its Hyderabad team. The selected candidate will be responsible for quantity estimation, cost management, billing coordination, and supporting project execution activities related to MEP works.
Preferred Profile:
- Monitor project quantities, budgets, and cost control activities.
- Verify contractor bills and subcontractor measurements.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, and billing teams.
- Support tendering, estimation, and project documentation.
- Maintain project cost records and reports.
- 4–6 years of relevant MEP Quantity Surveying experience.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in billing, estimation, and quantity take-offs.
- Knowledge of construction and MEP project execution.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple project stakeholders.
