VEN India is hiring an Assistant Project Manager for its Visakhapatnam operations. The selected candidate will play a key role in coordinating project activities, managing stakeholder communication, and supporting project execution from planning to completion.
Preferred Profile:
- Manage communication between clients, vendors, procurement teams, and project stakeholders.
- Support project execution, procurement activities, and project delivery timelines.
- Prepare technical reports, project progress reports, and management updates for leadership.
- Monitor project schedules, documentation, and resource allocation requirements.
- Ensure timely resolution of project-related issues and effective coordination among teams.
- Utilize project management and reporting software tools for project tracking and reporting.
- BE / B.Tech (Any Discipline).
- 4–7 years of relevant project coordination or project management experience.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of project execution, procurement, and reporting processes.
- Experience in preparing technical and management reports.
- Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools.
