• Identify and source reliable suppliers, vendors, and contractors
• Request quotations, evaluate offers, negotiate prices, and finalize purchase orders
• Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, QS, and stores teams
• Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials
• Maintain supplier databases, procurement records, and MIS reports
• Conduct vendor evaluations and performance reviews
• Monitor procurement costs and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and applicable regulations
• Prepare monthly reports on material consumption, vendor performance, and procurement activities
• 10 to 15 Years of procurement experience in construction or infrastructure projects
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
• Experience in contractor management and coordination
• Knowledge of procurement processes, documentation, and reporting
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
