TDC Contracting Private Limited is hiring experienced Cost Control Engineers for its High-Rise EPC Construction Projects in Chennai. The selected candidates will be responsible for project cost monitoring, budgeting, forecasting, planning coordination, and cost reporting to ensure effective project financial management.

• Prepare project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.
• Track project expenditures and analyze cost variances.
• Coordinate with project planning and execution teams.
• Support PPC (Project Planning & Control) activities.
• Ensure accurate project cost reporting and financial tracking.
• Maintain cost control documentation and management reports.
• B.E. / B.Tech in Any Engineering Discipline.
• Diploma candidates will not be considered.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience only.
• Experience in Cost Control and Cost Monitoring.
• Exposure to EPC Projects is mandatory.
• Knowledge of PPC / Project Planning.
• Strong understanding of Budgeting, Forecasting, and Cost Reporting.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Excel.
