Overview

Vian Properties is looking for an experienced Assistant Accountant to join its Hyderabad team. The selected candidate will support accounting operations, financial record management, statutory compliance activities, and vendor payment processes within the construction and real estate sector.

Preferred Profile:

• Handle vendor payments and payment tracking.
• Manage GST, TDS, and statutory compliance activities.
• Perform bank reconciliation and account verification.
• Assist in financial reporting and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding accounts-related matters.
• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–4 years of accounting experience in Construction or Real Estate companies.
• Working knowledge of Tally ERP.
• Experience in GST, TDS, Vendor Payments, and Bank Reconciliation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Age up to 35 years preferred.
