Rank Projects is hiring HR Executives for Talent Acquisition and HR operations at their Chennai office.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant HR and Talent Acquisition experience
• Experience in construction or infrastructure industry preferred
• Good knowledge of hiring platforms, job portals, and social media recruitment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
• Support talent acquisition and hiring coordination
• Screen candidates and prepare shortlists
• Conduct interview coordination and candidate communication
• Maintain employee records and joining documentation
• Update HR databases and prepare reports
• Coordinate recruitment activities across departments
• Candidates with construction or infrastructure recruitment experience will have added advantage
