Requirements
- 4–6 years of relevant site execution experience
- Knowledge of structural and finishing works
- Experience in high-rise residential or commercial projects preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle site activities and reporting
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day site execution activities
- Monitor structural and finishing works at project site
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams
- Ensure execution as per drawings and project specifications
- Monitor quality, safety, and project progress
- Prepare daily progress reports and material requirements
- Resolve site-related execution issues
