Aparna Constructions & Estates Pvt. Ltd. is hiring experienced professionals for the role of Senior Manager / AGM – MEP Contracts & Direct Procurement. The role involves handling end-to-end MEP contracts, procurement management, techno-commercial negotiations, contractor coordination, and execution support for high-rise residential and commercial building projects.

Candidates with strong experience in MEP contracts, procurement, and high-rise construction projects are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

MEP Contracts Management

Managing end-to-end tendering and contracting process for MEP packages

Preparing RFQs, techno-commercial comparisons, bid evaluations, and contract finalization

Reviewing BOQs, technical specifications, drawings, and scope documents

Finalizing work orders and purchase orders with commercial and legal compliance

Coordinating with project execution and contractor teams

Monitoring project commercial and procurement activities

Direct Procurement Responsibilities

Procurement of major MEP materials and systems directly from OEMs and manufacturers

Procurement planning aligned with project schedules

Vendor management and commercial negotiations

Material sourcing for plumbing, HVAC, VRV, chillers, valves, bathroom accessories, and related systems

Preferred Candidate Profile

✔ 14–16 years of MEP contracts and procurement experience

✔ Experience in high-rise residential and commercial projects preferred

✔ Knowledge of NBC 2016, CPWD standards, and construction by-laws

✔ Hands-on experience in BOQ, BOM, budgeting, rate analysis, and cost planning

✔ Experience in Greenfield and LEED-certified projects is an added advantage

✔ Strong techno-commercial negotiation and coordination skills
