Responsibilities

Managing quantity surveying and project planning activities

Preparing project budgets, BOQs, and cost estimations

Monitoring project schedules and execution timelines

Coordination with project execution, procurement, and billing teams

Reviewing project progress and resource planning

Handling cost control and project forecasting activities

Monitoring contractor billing and project measurements

Ensuring timely completion of planning and commercial activities

Preferred Candidate Profile

✔ Minimum 10+ years of experience in QS & Planning

✔ Experience in high-rise buildings and villa projects is mandatory

✔ Strong communication and English fluency preferred

✔ Good understanding of project planning and cost management

✔ Civil Engineering educational background required

✔ Hyderabad local candidates preferred
