- Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Maintain QA/QC documentation and records.
- Coordinate with site execution teams and consultants.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and construction procedures.
- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 3–4 years of QA/QC experience in construction projects.
- Knowledge of quality standards and inspection procedures.
- Cost estimation and billing activities.
- Contractor bill verification and quantity reconciliation.
- Cost monitoring and project commercial support.
- Preparation of quantity and cost reports.
- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 4–5 years of Quantity Surveying experience.
- Knowledge of BOQ, billing, estimation, and quantity take-off.
