TD Engineering & Consulting is hiring an experienced Engineering Manager – Structural Domain for a reputed organization based in Chennai. The selected candidate will lead structural engineering teams, oversee design and execution coordination, manage stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of large-scale infrastructure and high-rise building projects.

• Review and approve structural designs, calculations, and technical deliverables.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and project stakeholders.
• Manage project schedules, quality standards, and engineering deliverables.
• Oversee structural BIM modelling and design coordination processes.
• Support construction teams during project execution.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and project requirements.
• B.E. / B.Tech in Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 18 years of relevant experience.
• Mandatory experience in Metro and High-Rise Building Projects.
• Experience in Structural Design and Infrastructure Projects.
• Exposure to Construction Project Execution.
• Expertise in RCC, Steel Structures, and Structural Analysis.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• ETABS
• STAAD Pro
• SAFE
• SAP2000
• Revit
• BIM
• AutoCAD
• Gulf / Middle East Project Experience.
• PMP Certification.
• Postgraduate Qualification in Structural Engineering.
