• Project Planning & Execution
• Manage complete project lifecycle from design to handover
• Develop schedules, timelines, and milestones
• Ensure timely delivery within scope and budget
• Client Coordination
• Act as primary point of contact for clients
• Understand requirements and ensure expectations are met
• Provide regular project updates
• Design & Technical Coordination
• Work with designers to convert designs into execution plans
• Review drawings for modular kitchens and interiors
• Ensure feasibility and accuracy
• Vendor & Site Management
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers
• Supervise site execution including carpentry, electrical, and plumbing
• Ensure quality and safety standards
• Material & Inventory Management
• Plan procurement of materials and track usage
• Ensure timely availability at site
• Quality & Cost Control
• Conduct inspections to maintain quality
• Monitor project costs and BOQs
• Optimize resources and reduce wastage

• 10+ years of experience in interior project management
• Experience in modular kitchen / home décor projects preferred
• Strong understanding of site execution and coordination
• Ability to manage multiple projects

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design / Architecture / Civil Engineering or related field
