• Manage and coordinate end-to-end MEP services
• Oversee Electrical (LT/HT), Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and basic HVAC systems
• Review and coordinate MEP drawings with architectural and structural teams
• Ensure smooth site execution and avoid clashes or delays
• Conduct site inspections for quality and compliance
• Review BOQs, vendor drawings, and material submittals
• Ensure adherence to IS codes, NBC norms, and safety standards
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• 4–7 years of experience in MEP roles
• Hands-on experience in Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems
• High-rise building project experience is mandatory
• Candidates based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems
• Experience with Revit / BIM / Navisworks
• Awareness of green building practices
