Opportunity to work in a key procurement role with exposure to MEP materials and construction project operations.
- Manage procurement of construction and MEP materials
- Identify and coordinate with vendors and suppliers
- Handle purchase orders, rate comparisons, and negotiations
- Ensure timely material delivery to site
- Maintain procurement records and documentation
- Coordinate with project, QS, and site teams
- 5–8 years of experience in procurement roles
- Experience in construction / real estate projects preferred
- MEP material knowledge is mandatory
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
- Good coordination and communication abilities
