Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction execution and finishing works
- Experience in high-rise residential projects preferred
- Mivan construction experience preferred
- Strong site execution and coordination skills
Responsibilities
Project Type:
- Execute site work as per drawings and project specifications
- Monitor finishing activities including flooring, painting, and plastering
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams
- Ensure quality standards and timely project completion
- Maintain site reports and execution records
- High-Rise Residential Projects
- Candidates with Mivan residential project experience preferred
- Only relevant experienced candidates should apply
