Requirements
- 5–12 years of relevant MEP execution experience
- Experience in residential construction projects preferred
- Good understanding of MEP execution and site coordination
- Ability to manage contractor coordination and project activities
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Execute and monitor MEP activities at project sites
- Coordinate with civil, architectural, and contractor teams
- Ensure execution as per project drawings and quality standards
- Monitor project quality, safety, and timelines
- Handle site coordination and progress reporting
- Support smooth execution of residential construction activities
