Role Description:

SLN Buildcon India Pvt. Ltd. is urgently hiring experienced execution engineers for building construction projects in Hyderabad. Candidates should have strong expertise in structural and finishing execution activities for residential and commercial projects.

Open Positions:

Assistant Engineer – Execution

Senior Engineer – Execution

Supervise manpower, subcontractors, and project progress

Ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications

Monitor structural and finishing works including shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, block work, plastering, flooring, painting, and finishing activities

Coordinate with consultants, architects, and project teams

Execute work as per project schedules and targets

Maintain quality and safety standards at site

Prepare DPR, progress reports, and material requirements

Resolve execution-related site issues effectively

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of structural and finishing execution works

Experience in high-rise residential and commercial projects

Ability to handle site activities independently

Knowledge of construction drawings and procedures

Good communication and coordination skills
