Role Description:

Technical Development Company for Contracting is hiring experienced QS Cost Control Engineers for large-scale infrastructure and smart building projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates should have strong expertise in quantity surveying, cost control, commercial activities, and EPC project coordination.

Manage project cost control and estimation activities

Support tendering and commercial documentation

Coordinate with project execution and QS teams

Monitor project costs and reporting activities

Support EPC project planning and billing coordination

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience mandatory

B.E / B.Tech – Any Engineering Background

Strong knowledge of QS and cost control activities

Infrastructure and smart building project experience preferred

South Indian candidates preferred as per company requirement
