- Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Support in preparation of reports and project documentation
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety and timelines
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors and client representatives
- Prepare daily reports, material tracking and progress updates
- Study tender documents and prepare technical-commercial bids
- Coordinate with vendors for pricing and clarifications
- Support in bid submission and follow-up activities
