Mechanical BIM Modeler – 1–10 Years

Electrical BIM Modeler – 1–10 Years

Structural BIM Modeler – 1–10 Years

Tekla Modeler (Steel Structure) – 2–10 Years

PT Detailer – 2–10 Years

ID Fit-out Architect – 6–10 Years

Structural Design Engineer – 3–10 Years

Landscape BIM Coordinator – 5–8 Years

BIM Modeler – Road Infrastructure – 4–7 Years

✅ Qualification Required

BE/B.Tech (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical)

Diploma in relevant engineering fields

B.Arch (for Architect roles)

M.Tech (for Structural Design roles)

✅ Software Skills Required

Navisworks

✅ Key Requirements

Strong experience in BIM modeling and coordination

Practical knowledge of relevant software tools

Ability to work on international or large-scale projects preferred
