Roles & Responsibilities

Handle sales activities including lead generation, dealer management, and distribution

Identify market opportunities and expand business network

Build relationships with contractors, applicators, and stakeholders

Analyze market trends and competitor activity

Support product promotion and brand development

Coordinate with internal teams for business growth

Desired Candidate Profile

1 to 6 years of experience in sales or construction chemicals field

Knowledge of waterproofing, adhesives, grouts, epoxy, and related products

Strong communication and relationship management skills

Basic understanding of marketing and channel management

Language: English & Kannada preferred

Willingness to travel

Valid driving license required

Qualifications

Any Graduate (Full-Time)

MBA (Marketing) preferred but not mandatory

Minimum 50% marks in academics
