Candidates with experience in High-Rise Building Construction and Mivan Technology are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Project execution and site management

Technical coordination and quality control

Team supervision and resource planning

Timely project delivery and reporting

• Senior QS Engineer

Responsibilities

Quantity estimation and cost planning

BOQ preparation and billing management

Variation and cost control

Tendering, subcontracting, and procurement support

Client billing and final account settlement

• Accounts Executive

Responsibilities

General accounting and bookkeeping

AP/AR management

Bank reconciliation and payment processing

GST, TDS, and statutory compliance

Financial reporting and account finalization

• Planning & QS Engineer

Responsibilities

Project planning and scheduling (Primavera/MSP)

Quantity take-off and BOQ preparation

Progress monitoring and reporting

Cost control and variance analysis

Preferred Profile

Experience in High-Rise Building Construction

Mivan Construction experience is mandatory

Strong knowledge of project execution, planning, billing, QA/QC, and construction management

Ability to work in fast-paced construction environments
