📋 Role Description

Casagrand is hiring experienced MEP professionals for residential construction projects. The roles involve execution and coordination of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, along with managing site activities, material planning, and cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth project delivery.

🎯 Key Requirements

Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in relevant field

Experience in residential projects (Conventional, Mivan, or Precast)

Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems

Ability to manage site execution and contractor coordination

💼 Key Responsibilities

Execute electrical and plumbing works including STP/WTP, DG, transformers, lifts, HVAC, CCTV, and gas systems

Prepare and review material quantity calculations based on drawings

Manage labor and site activities for MEP works

Coordinate with civil, planning, QA/QC, QS, billing, and safety teams

Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and standards

Maintain daily progress reports and documentation (DLR & WPR)

Monitor quality, safety compliance, and project timelines

Handle vendor bill checking and material tracking
