• Junior Engineer
• Assistant Engineer
• Engineer
• Ensure execution as per drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors and MEP teams.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure proper workmanship.
• Monitor material usage and control wastage.
• Prepare and track daily and weekly progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with site safety protocols.
• Identify and resolve finishing defects and snagging before handover.

• B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 2–6 years of relevant experience.

• Knowledge of quality control and site execution.
• Ability to handle multiple contractors.
• AutoCAD and drawing interpretation skills.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Experience with reputed real estate firms and premium residential projects preferred.
