Rajapushpa Properties Pvt Ltd is inviting applications from Civil Engineering professionals for Structural and Finishing roles for ongoing high-rise residential projects in Hyderabad.

Open Positions:

Required Skills:

• Structural Engineers
• Finishing Engineers
• Execute and monitor RCC, reinforcement, concreting and masonry activities
• Ensure work execution as per approved drawings and quality standards
• Coordinate with architects, consultants and MEP teams
• Monitor structural progress and maintain site documentation
• Supervise finishing works including plastering, painting, flooring and waterproofing
• Ensure workmanship quality and finishing standards
• Coordinate with contractors and internal project teams
• Conduct inspections and monitor finishing progress
• Prepare daily and weekly work progress reports
• Support snagging and handover activities
• Knowledge of structural systems and finishing activities
• Understanding of quality control and site execution
• Ability to interpret construction drawings
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Experience in residential building projects preferred

Qualifications

Preferred Background:

Beside My Home Avatar,

Narsingi, Hyderabad

• B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Relevant construction industry experience required
• Experience in high-rise residential projects
• Exposure to finishing handover and inspection activities
• Familiarity with project coordination and site supervision
