📌 Key Responsibilities

Structure Engineers

Study and understand structural drawings and project specifications

Execute and monitor RCC, formwork, reinforcement, concreting and masonry works

Ensure execution as per approved drawings and quality standards

Coordinate with architects, MEP teams and contractors

Monitor site progress and prepare periodic reports

Ensure quality control, material compliance and documentation

Resolve site execution and technical issues

Finishing Engineers

Supervise finishing works including plastering, tiling, flooring, waterproofing and false ceiling works

Ensure finishing quality and workmanship standards

Coordinate with contractors and internal teams

Conduct site inspections and monitor material usage

Ensure safety compliance during execution

Handle snagging and finishing closure activities

🎓 Qualification Required

B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Relevant experience in construction or real estate projects preferred

⭐ Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in high-rise residential projects

Knowledge of structural systems and construction methods

Understanding of finishing materials and execution techniques

AutoCAD and drawing interpretation knowledge preferred

Strong coordination and communication skills
