🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Prepare baseline construction schedules and identify resource requirements
- Monitor daily project progress and submit planning MIS on time
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams at site and HO for smooth execution
- Track baseline schedules against actual progress using MS Project / Primavera
- Handle contractual correspondence related to planning and delays
- Maintain proper records of delays, hindrances, and schedule impacts
🎯 Candidate Profile
- Strong hands-on experience in project planning and scheduling
- Proficient in MS Project and/or Primavera
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Experience in large-scale construction projects preferred
