This role requires strong expertise in tender management, cost estimation, contract negotiation, and bid strategy, especially for government projects. 🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit tender proposals
• Manage the complete tendering lifecycle from inquiry to award
• Analyse client requirements, specifications, and terms
• Prepare detailed tender documentation and cost estimates
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and legal teams
• Develop competitive bid strategies
• Negotiate contracts with clients and subcontractors
• Maintain tender databases and documentation
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

🔹 Requirements

• Proven experience in tender management (15+ years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of tendering procedures and regulations
• Experience in government projects is essential
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and billing software
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple bids
