- Oversee daily construction activities on site
- Ensure execution as per drawings and specifications
- Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams
- Monitor proper use of materials, machinery, and manpower

- Track progress and report delays
- Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 3–4 years of experience in building construction projects
- Strong understanding of site execution and coordination
- Ability to manage site teams and daily operations
