Open Positions:

Compensation: ₹12 LPA

• Execute site work as per drawings, BOQ, and project schedule
• Monitor construction activities, quality, and safety compliance
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams
• Maintain site reports and progress tracking
• Resolve technical issues and ensure timely completion

Responsibilities

• Lead technical planning, design review, and project execution
• Oversee quality control, BOQ, estimation, and project timelines
• Manage technical teams and resolve site issues
• Coordinate with stakeholders and optimize project resources
• Support residential and commercial project execution
• Manage industrial, residential, commercial, and warehouse projects
• Handle end-to-end project coordination and PMC activities
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients
• Verify contractor bills and monitor project execution
• Ensure project completion as per client requirements
