Scaffolding Inspector – Gujarat (10 to 12 Years)

Overview

VEN India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Scaffolding Inspector for large-scale industrial construction projects in Gujarat. Candidates with strong expertise in scaffolding inspection, industrial structure safety, and heavy equipment erection supervision are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Inspection and monitoring of scaffolding systems at industrial project sites

Ensuring scaffolding stability, safety compliance, and worksite standards

Supervising scaffolding activities for building structures, tech structures, piping systems, galleries, conveyors, and EOT erection works

Conducting regular safety checks and reporting observations

Coordinating with project execution and safety teams

Ensuring compliance with industrial safety procedures and project guidelines

Monitoring scaffolding works for high-rise and heavy industrial structures

Job Requirements

✔ Certified Scaffolding Inspector

✔ Experience in large industrial complex projects

✔ Experience in projects involving building structures, tech structures, and equipment quantity above 1,25,000 MT

✔ Minimum shed height handling experience of 40 meters

✔ Experience supervising erection of EOTs, piping, galleries, and conveyors with unit weight above 25 MT

✔ Strong understanding of scaffolding safety and compliance standards

✔ Responsible for scaffolding inspection and safety accountability at project sites

Preferred Candidate Profile

10 to 12 years of relevant industrial project experience

Good coordination and reporting skills

Ability to manage scaffolding safety activities independently

Experience in heavy industrial and infrastructure projects preferred
