Navanaami Projects Pvt Ltd is hiring Safety Executives for its construction projects in Hyderabad and Bangalore. This role focuses on site safety implementation, HSE compliance, risk assessment, and ensuring safe work practices across civil construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining safety standards, conducting inspections, and minimizing on-site risks. 🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Implement safety policies and procedures at site
• Conduct safety inspections and audits
• Ensure PPE compliance and safe work practices
• Perform risk assessment (HIRA)
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety training
• Investigate incidents and prepare reports
• Maintain safety documentation and records

🔹 Requirements

• 4–6 years experience in construction safety
• Knowledge of HSE standards and compliance
• Experience in building / infrastructure projects
• NEBOSH / IOSH / Diploma in Safety preferred
• Strong reporting and coordination skills
