Bren Corporation is hiring QS Engineers for residential high-rise projects in Bengaluru. The role focuses on quantity surveying, cost estimation, billing, and contract management.

Handle contractor billing and certification

Monitor project costs and budgets

Coordinate with site and procurement teams

Ensure accurate quantity take-offs from drawings

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)

3–10 years experience in QS for residential high-rise projects

Strong knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis, and cost estimation

Experience in billing, vendor, and contract management

Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity take-offs
