Vian Properties is hiring an experienced QS / Billing Engineer for high-rise residential projects using MIVAN (Aluminium Formwork) technology.

Opportunity to work on premium high-rise developments with exposure to advanced construction technologies like MIVAN.

• Manage complete billing cycle for high-rise projects
• Prepare RA bills, client bills, and subcontractor bills
• Perform quantity take-offs from drawings
• Align billing with project progress and timelines
• Handle BOQs, variations, and change management
• Monitor material consumption (concrete, steel, MIVAN systems)
• Coordinate with site, planning, procurement, and finance teams
• Support rate analysis, tendering, and contract administration
• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering
• 8–10 years of experience in QS/Billing roles
• Mandatory experience in MIVAN (Aluminium Formwork)
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, billing, and cost control
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Advanced Excel, and project tools
• Ability to interpret drawings and manage commercial aspects
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Experience in high-rise residential projects
• Good coordination and communication abilities
