• Conduct site inspections and quality checks for interior works
• Monitor execution quality for finishes, joinery, and fit-out activities
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation (ITPs, checklists, reports)
• Identify defects, raise NCRs, and ensure closure
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and project teams
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
• B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• 3–8 years of experience in interior fit-out projects
• Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, and execution
• Experience in QA/QC documentation and quality audits
• Knowledge of ISO standards and compliance systems
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to identify issues early and ensure corrective actions
• Practical understanding of site execution and finishing works
