Project Head – High-Rise Residential Projects

Overview

A leading construction company is hiring a Project Head to lead large-scale residential township projects executed in EPC mode.

This is not a routine role. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end project execution of high-rise developments (~2.5 million sqft, ~25 towers G+10).

If you’ve handled large-value projects and understand MIVAN construction deeply, this role is for you.

• Lead execution of ₹300+ Cr high-rise / township projects
• Manage complete project lifecycle from planning to handover
• Handle MIVAN aluminium formwork system (cycle, alignment, execution)
• Supervise RCC works (shear walls, slabs, beams, columns, cores)
• Coordinate with clients, PMC, consultants, and authorities
• Plan manpower, materials, and execution sequences
• Manage billing, RA bills, reconciliation, and contracts
• Ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery
• Verify drawings from architects and consultants
• B.E / B.Tech Civil Engineering
• 18–25 years of experience in high-rise construction
• Proven experience in EPC mode execution
• Mandatory experience in MIVAN / Aluminium Formwork
• Experience handling large township or high-value projects
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• AutoCAD (2D Drawings)
• MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
