Role Overview: Bren Corporation is hiring Procurement professionals for real estate projects in Bengaluru. The role focuses on vendor management, material procurement, cost control, and coordination with project teams. Float RFQs, negotiate pricing, and finalize vendors Prepare and process purchase orders Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials Coordinate with site, QS, and project teams Maintain cost efficiency and quality standards Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory) Minimum 4+ years experience in real estate / construction procurement Strong vendor sourcing and negotiation skills Knowledge of civil, MEP, and finishing material procurement Experience in rate comparison, PO, and contract handling Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement tools Why Apply: Opportunity to work on structured real estate projects with full exposure to procurement and vendor management.
