Procurement Executive

Job Details

Aakriti Constructions is hiring a Procurement Executive for its construction and interior projects in Hyderabad. This role involves vendor sourcing, purchase management, cost control, and coordination of materials for civil, MEP, and interior works. 🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop vendors and suppliers
• Prepare and process purchase orders (POs)
• Negotiate pricing for cost-effective procurement
• Track material delivery and ensure site availability
• Maintain procurement records, MIS, and reports
• Coordinate with site, store, and finance teams
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies

🔹 Requirements

• 2–5 years experience in procurement (construction/interiors)
• Strong knowledge of vendor sourcing and negotiation
• Understanding of civil, finishing, MEP, and interior materials
• Experience in purchase orders, rate analysis, and cost control
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ERP systems
• Immediate joiners preferred
