Candidates with strong experience in MEP design, execution, coordination, and pre-contract activities are preferred. This is a site-focused opportunity for candidates who have handled real estate or high-rise construction projects. 🔹 Open Positions Responsible for cost estimation, BOQ preparation, tendering, and contract-related activities. Responsible for design coordination, drawing reviews, and alignment with execution teams. Handles on-site execution of MEP works, coordination, and project delivery. Responsible for site supervision, workforce handling, and daily execution monitoring. 🎯 Requirements

• B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Strong experience in MEP projects
• High-rise / real estate experience preferred
• Good coordination and site handling skills
