Overview
DSR Builders & Developers is hiring an experienced MEP Manager for its ongoing construction and development projects in Hyderabad. Candidates with strong technical knowledge, project coordination skills, and experience in MEP execution for building projects are encouraged to apply.
Position Available
Responsibilities
Managing MEP execution activities at project sites
Coordination with civil, electrical, and plumbing teams
Monitoring project progress, quality, and safety standards
Handling vendor and contractor coordination
Reviewing drawings, specifications, and technical requirements
Ensuring smooth execution of HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, and electrical systems
Preparing reports and maintaining project documentation
Preferred Candidate Profile
Minimum 10 to 15 years of relevant experience
Good communication and coordination skills
Experience in construction/building projects preferred
Ability to manage teams and project execution independently
Flexible working approach and professional attitude
💰 Salary will be based on experience and interview performance.
