Estimation Engineer

A real estate/construction company is looking for a skilled Estimation Engineer to handle cost planning, BOQ preparation, and project estimation. If you have hands-on experience in residential or high-rise construction projects, and you understand how to control costs at the estimation stage, this role will suit you well. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation
• Cost estimation and project budgeting
• Rate analysis and vendor comparison
• Reviewing drawings and specifications
• Coordination with site and procurement teams

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in estimation
• Experience in residential / high-rise projects preferred
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel
• Strong analytical and coordination skills
